The KTA is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization bringing Thoroughbred breeders and owners together for the betterment of the breed, while revitalizing live racing in the Sunflower State through legislative efforts.
The KTA is the Kansas HBPA Affiliate. The HBPA protects the rights of all horsemen across different breeds under the Federal Interstate Horseracing Act.
